Please read this Affiliate Program User Agreement and Preliminary Disclosure Text carefully. This Agreement governs your and marshmello.com.tr's rights and responsibilities regarding your use of the affiliate program.

1. Affiliate Program Description

An affiliate program is a program for people who want to earn commissions by promoting or selling the Company's products or services.

2. Conditions of Participation

To participate in the affiliate program, you must be a customer of marshmello.com.tr. You must also sell using the affiliate link or affiliate code provided by the Company.

3. Commissions and Payments

  • Commissions earned within the scope of the affiliate program are calculated in accordance with the conditions and rates determined by the Company.

  • Your commissions are calculated and paid upon confirmation of successful sales. (Ex: Refunds can be deducted from commission)

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or change the payment of commissions.

4. Right to Termination of Program

The company reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time. When the program is terminated, commissions earned but not paid within the scope of the program may not be paid or may be canceled at the discretion of the Company.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Personal information of affiliate program participants is used within the framework of the Company's privacy policy. By participating in the affiliate program, you consent to this use and privacy policy.

6. Changes and Updates

The Company reserves the right to change or update this Affiliate Program User Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to follow updates and comply with these terms.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree to comply with the terms and rules established by the Company.
